Agreement of Service Terms
Welcome to Rajan's Academy. By utilizing our website, checking out requested course modules, or requesting custom recorded classes, you agree to comply with the terms below.
1. Scope of Resource Licensing
All recorded chapter videos, PDF notes, and test evaluation matrices are the copyrighted property of Rajan Sir's Academy. Access is granted as a personal, non-transferable, temporary license. You are strictly prohibited from duplicating, screen-recording, downloading, or re-distributing these materials. Violation will lead to immediate cancellation of access without refunds.
2. Manual Payment Verification
Because we utilize direct UPI app deep-linking and QR transfers to avoid heavy merchant gateways, all access provisioning is manual. You agree to submit your payment receipt screenshot via WhatsApp to initiate verification. Access is shared only after receipt is verified.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the digital nature of custom video recorded materials and direct Google Drive folder access, all sales are final. We do not provide cash or credit refunds once drive folder access has been shared with your registered Gmail address.
4. Amendments & Jurisdiction
We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Any disputes are subject to Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh, India) jurisdiction.
